Refund Policy


Refund is not applicable if the client keeps changing the settings of the EA that’s completely against our terms and conditions and get opposite results. Everything should be applied according to our instructions.

Refund is NOT applicable to unwanted products (Any of the products/services)

Moreover, refunds are absolutely not applicable to services that are supposed to be done by us and the client take it away without any prior notice.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, and you must contact us via the email address where the order was delivered to.

In addition, regarding prop firm challenge pass service: Unfortunately nothing is 100% guaranteed on real trading as you know. Same thing for challenges, Due to unprofitability, in a rare case we don’t pass your challenge, based on the 90 day warranty*, we’ll pass the next challenge free of charge.

Please note that the service fee paid to us for “prop firm challenge pass service”  is not refundable under any circumstance if the first trade is taken and only the challenge itself is covered under warranty according to the policy above.

If the challenge is started and the first trade is taken place, the service fee is no longer refundable.

Please note that the warranty is applicable to the same prop firm and account size the client initially purchased, otherwise, an additional charge will apply to the next challenge.

Live Personal accounts and funded prop firm accounts: Due to risky nature of the market, in a rare case, if we lose your funded prop firm account or your live personal account for any reason, refund is not applicable and as compensation, we’ll pass your new challenge free of charge


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Since we do have recurring products, if a charge is applied to your credit/debit card and you request a refund outside of the 14 day refund policy window, we won’t be able to proceed a refund

Alpha EA Incubator V4 refund policy: Due to the nature of Alpha EA, sale is final and refund is not applicable.

If you’ve purchased the EA during any promotion (applied coupon code), refund is not applicable.

Refund policy for the flipping strategy:

Based on educational contents of the course and being able to download the materials from the VIP channel, the sale is final there is no refund.

Refund policy for the VIP signal channel:

According to our policy, all subscription sales are final and refund is not applicable under any circumstance. The user can cancel their subscription so they won’t get charged in the future.


If you haven’t received a refund within a couple of days, please double-check your bank account statement again or email us.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] to describe the issue you are facing.

90 day warranty*: If the challenge fails, beginning the same day it happens, it might take us between 0 to 90 days to repurchase a new challenge depending on finance department. However, rest assured, we always try our best to accelerate the process to make it happen faster
